Weekly Creative Writing Group
This class has been cancelled for the Winter I Session, 2011 Wednesdays 1:30pm to 3:00pm Do you crave time and space for your creative writing? Have an idea for a novel, short story, or memoir? Want some jump-start prompts to spark your next poem? In this weekly class, writers will gather to work out their writing muscles through fun and helpful mini-exercises, short readings, and quiet time for personal work. The instructor, a recipient of an Oregon Literary Fellowship for fiction, has published in Open Spaces, The Oregonian, and Portland, and currently teaches workshops in Portland area schools through Literary Arts and Wordstock.
