Introduction to Yoga and Pilates

This is the perfect place to begin - or to reawaken your interest and resume your practice!  A three-week series of slower paced, informative classes will provide you with a basic foundation in the practice of Yoga and Pilates, preparing you to proceed to the free ongoing classes. The course includes two one-hour yoga classes followed by a one- hour Pilates class.  (three –one hour classes)
