Introduction to Yoga and Pilates
Fridays September 17th, 24th , & October 1st 12:00pm to1:00pm Or Thurs. October 7th, 14th, 5:30pm to 6:30pm & 21st 5:15pm to 6:15pm This is the perfect place to begin - or to reawaken your interest and resume your practice! A three-week series of slower paced, informative classes will provide you with a basic foundation in the practice of Yoga and Pilates, preparing you to proceed to the free ongoing classes. The course includes two one-hour yoga classes followed by a one- hour Pilates class. (three –one hour classes) Members $20 Non-members, $30 |
